Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Flatmate.in shows the listing for free, user can only contact other users when user has purchased our Premium plan. User will see our listing first and it is upto him that user wants to purchase our plan.
If you purchase our plan, after your payment has cleared you can contact to other users for one month. Once the subscription is activated, you can communicate with users and see their posted details. Incase you will not get flatmate with in one month period time, you will get refund* after one month after deduction of processing fee and applicable taxes. We have this policy since we have disclosed the contacts to user.
It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy. By purchasing our 30 days plan, you indicate that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy.
If you want us to extend your premium membership period by one month then you will not be eligible for refund in the second month.
If you do not agree with or fully accept the terms of this refund policy, we ask that you do not buy our 30 days plan, as we do not entertain cancellation request.
Relationship Manager (RM) Support
Once you buy our Relax Plan, a relationship manager will be assigned to you. Relationship manager will find and call your potential FlatMate on your behalf and arrange a visit for you. You'll get a call from your relationship manager within 24 hrs of doing payment.
Support provided by the relationship manager will be over call only.
Relationship Manager will be available to assist you on every working day from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Relation Manager will not be available on Sunday and Public Holidays.
You can ask for refund only after 15 days of doing payment. You'll get 50% of your amount in refund.
You are not eligible for refund if your relationship manager arranged 10 visits for you.
* Refund is not applicable for those accounts who registered as a PG Owner.
